Sometimes, when you dig down deep inside, you find something beautiful that you didn't know was there all along. That's what happened when I created Asta. In Danish, her name means 'star-like or divine strength', and that seems to be perfect to describe her qualities. What do you see in her? What does she speak to inside of you?  Asta was crafted over 20+ hours, and her colours almost feel like they change as the light does. This makes her ideal to have as a statement piece, a talking point, or a beloved artistic expression. Does she belong to you in your heart?  Asta stands 18cm in height and 26cm in width, with incredible detail from design, texture and colour.

From the smallest to the largest, all of my pottery pieces are 100% handmade. I carefully craft each one by hand, building, sculpting and painting until it has a unique sense of character and design. This means that no two pieces will ever be exactly the same at AngeLouiseCeramics.
